Answer: Yes!: Everyone needs contacts outside the family. Without friends they would be depressed and lonely. No adult has the right to forbid another adult from having friends or doing something on their own. Adults should trust and not control one another.
Answer: No!: Friendships are encouraged in your family. Everyone can have their own friends. The different groups might but don’t have to intersect. Your parents show respect and trust and not suspicion and control.
